Telophase

-The chromatids reach opposite ends of the poles
-The chromatids unravel to form chromatin
-Nuclei begin to form at opposite poles
-Spindle fibers break down and disappear
-Nucleolus and nuclear membrane begin to reform
-Cytokinesis occurs, which results in the formation to two daughter cells
