Mitosis

Cell Division Glossary from I-T
It includes:
-Interphase
-Metaphase
-Mitosis
-Parent Cell
-Prophase
-Sister Chromatids
-Telophase

Mitosis is the division of the cell's nucleus in which the daughter cells recieve the exact same number of chromosomes and genetic make-up as the parent cell. Mitosis has many steps: interphase, prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase.

This is my assignment for Biology 3201, a glossary on cell division definations from I to T. It will focus on the terms seen to the left, and you can find the definations to these terms at the pages located below.
